I thought the Todd family couldn't get any cuter--and then Logan was born. I loved this session because it wasn't the typical staged newborn session. Instead we did a lifestyle session where real cuddles, real kisses, real laughter, and real moments took place. I loved every second. Congrats, beautiful family!
I met this sweet family back when I shot their daughter's beautiful wedding--so I was excited to meet back up with all of them for this gorgeous session in Seattle right before sunset. It was their last day all together before the kids went their separate ways and boarded flights home, so I was honored I got to capture some "togetherness".
These lovebirds got married at the Seattle LDS temple and had a reception in Forest Park in Everett. They are such a sweet couple with great families and I enjoyed every second of capturing their special day. Goosebumps with these pictures, I tell ya! Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Randall!
These boys and their pretty mama were hoping to hop along the Polar Express for their Christmas mini session. They are so darling, so full of energy, and absolutely love their mom. I always love capturing moments for this sweet family of 3--and can't wait to do more as they grow!
This shoot started out pretty rainy right beside Silver Lake, but soon the rain let up and we were given the prettiest light. The kiddos didn't even mind the rain drops--and had the most fun with the ducks! I loved this Christmas session and especially obsessed over their adorable outfits!
Anthony and Clare are such a sweet couple who are planning to tie the knot in May of 2018! Because we were "blessed" with another bout of downpour here in the Pacific Northwest, we decided to go to Bell Square and take advantage of the beautifully decorated--and warm--city shopping center. But don't worry--I made them brave the cold a little bit for some stunning umbrella shots ;)
Little Miss Adelaide was an angel for her Christmasy newborn session and made for the best little model. This sweet little family made my photographer heart happy, that's for sure. Welcome to the world little Adelaide!
This wedding was so unique, so full of love, and so quirky that my cheeks hurt from smiling all day. I loved that this sweet bride and groom planned this day from the ground up, incorporating their love for Star Wars and Harry Potter--and especially their love for one another. My favorite moment from this wedding was during the father-daughter dance when I told the groom he had a beautiful bride. "I sure do," he answered. "She's way out of my league. I got so lucky."
Congratulations, you two.
I love this sweet family and have loved documenting their lives. They are expecting their second baby--a boy this time! Enjoy this beautiful maternity session taken just steps away from their home in Granite Falls, WA.
This fall family shoot in Maple Valley was taken right at the brink of autumn when all the leaves were just starting to turn. We had a great time and their love for each other is so evident in all the photos. Thank you, Estes family, for letting me capture such sweet moments!
Christean and Kyle is the kind of couple that makes other couples totally envious. They are so sweet, quirky, fun, and head over heels in love. I was honored to do their engagement session, and now--their wedding. It was a special day and I was honored to be there from the morning hours of getting ready to the first look in the gardens to the night of dancing. Congratulations to the new Mr. And Mrs.!
I loved this senior shoot in old historic Snohomish. Marisa was SO nervous when we first started shooting, but within minutes she totally opened up and became a top notch model for me. My lens loved her! Congrats on your senior year, Marisa!
Sail was born on September 20th--and she is darling. I know, I'm a little biased since she's my beautiful niece. But it is what it is--perfection :) I loved doing her newborn shoot and incorporating fall and Halloween themes. She did so great. Welcome to the world, little Sail.
Addison's newborn session was darling--and she was quite the character the whole time! This kiddo was all bright eyed and bushy-tailed, and decided sleeping was not her thing (although we convinced her a couple times). I'm so happy for this sweet family and can't wait to watch Addy grow from behind my lens.
My sister is a remarkable person. The day she was born I was 7 years old--and the first person to hold her. She was so tiny in my hands and I vowed in my little girl heart that I would be her guardian always. Now I was given the honor to photograph that little baby having her own little baby. And I made the same vow as soon as I set eyes on her. Welcome to the world, Sail. Auntie's got your back.
This is my uncle---and he’s awesome.
He’s an artist who can literally take the rawest material earth gives out (a stump) and he uncovers it, layer by layer, until it’s a masterpiece...as if the masterpiece was always right in the center, just waiting to be shown. I can’t get over it.
I spent some time with him at the Evergreen State Fair this year capturing him and his team in their element, and also capturing the hoards of people who come to watch him work and look around and buy his art. This gallery shows my favorites.
This free-spirited session was the perfect end-of-summer maternity shoot. Ashley is due at the end of this month, so we snuck it in just in time! Enjoy these gorgeous shots I took in Gold Bar, WA.
I'm not typically a morning person. But set me up with a sunrise over the mountains and a gorgeous couple expecting their first baby--and I'll gladly wipe the sleep from my eyes and shoot. This session was taken in North Bend and I loved the soft light and the sweet interaction between the two of them <3 I can't wait for baby Addison to make her grand entrance.
Once in a while, if you're a lucky photographer, you get those clients who book you time after time--and you begin to bookmark their lives in a beautiful way. That's what it's like with the Lee family. We started with their maternity session, then Brendan's newborn session--and now their first family session. And it warms my heart to see their family grow. I love these beautiful people--I'm so honored to highlight their special moments.
Little Arya is so beautiful and already has such a fiery spirit. Although she didn't care much for the photoshoot and had a few things to say about it, we got some great shots :D Welcome to the world, sweet little one!
I did senior photos for two of these beautiful ladies and now here I am doing their senior ball photos. I'm so honored to follow them in their journeys and so excited that we captured some super fun moments for this adorable group at Gasworks Park in Seattle. We had a gorgeous day and they all looked FABULOUS!
This sweet girl got baptized into the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints last Saturday and I was honored to take her photos to celebrate the milestone. She's so beautiful, isn't she?
My niece Hunter and her friends got all fancied up to go to their 2017 prom--and they all looked adorable! Enjoy this cute shoot <3
This is the third session I've done for the Todd family and I always look forward to our shoots. I've seen this sweet little girl grow up before my lens--and now she's already one! Crazy how fast time flies. I love these three people. And seriously. Could they get any more photogenic?!
Our niece and her hubby are expecting a little girl this October! I was so overjoyed to be able to do this session for them to announce her upcoming arrival. I can't wait to meet you Miss Addison! :)
This mini session was taken at River Meadows right at golden hour and I was so impressed by how adorable, behaved, and sweet those little girls were! This family is the absolute cutest--and I loved capturing some darling moments for them.
This mommy and me session was taken at Flower World in Snohomish. I couldn't help but laugh at how serious Lila was and what an old soul she is in those baby blues of hers. But my lens loved her and her mama. <3
Morgan was my best friend all through high school and this family shoot was the first time I've seen her in about eight years. That's what made this session all the more sweeter, to see her as a beautiful mommy now to two precious boys, married to the guy of her dreams. I loved the boys' spunkiness and the pure love everyone had for each other. And River Meadows was the perfect place to shoot too--right at that magic golden hour.
This Mommy and Me session was beautiful--the light, the colors, the sweetness between a mom and her boys. It was bitter cold at Kayak Point that day but worth every second of hair-whipping wind, red little noses, and shivery toes. Happy Mother's Day to this sweet mama.
Jeremy and Rachel are expecting a baby girl in June! Despite being extremely uncomfortable physically at 8 months pregnant, Rachel was such a trooper and absolutely glowed the entire session. And Jeremy is a proud daddy that couldn't stop smiling. I absolutely loved this session and can't wait for baby girl to make her debut!
Every birth story is special, but this one really sticks out to me.
Jackie and Nick decided on a home birth, and everything about it was natural, peaceful, quiet, and intentional. They were surrounded by family and friends who cheered Jackie on and cried happy tears as soon as Caden made his grand entrance. I'm honored to have been part of the day. Welcome to the world, baby boy.
This engagement session was nothing short of an adventure for the three of us. We met at Snoqualmie Falls to kick off the shoot and we were greeted with a monsoon. The first half of our shoot it was pouring down rain but these two were total troopers and still managed to look amazing. After our rain session we headed to the pass to try to find some snow and lo and behold, we didn't just find snow--we found a snow storm. We were dabbling in extremes for sure, but these two kept their gorgeous in-love smiles and I was so excited to capture that. Congrats, you two. You're both beautiful.
This sweet little girl is only two weeks old and already a natural little poser. I just loved spending time with her and her sweet mama and grandma the other day. She's such a little princess and had a way of giving us the cutest little smiles and folded hands. So lovely!
Welcome to the world, Elliana Sakura Wellman!
Nick and Jacqueline are expecting their first baby--a boy!--due in April.
And they are radiating joy.
We did this shoot up Green Mountain, off the beaten path from Mountain Loop near Granite Falls. The fog rolled in right before we did, creating a wintry and absolutely gorgeous backdrop for us. I couldn't have planned it better if I tried.
Congratulations, Nick and Jacqueline. You are both darling and I'm super excited for you.
Alexis is beautiful--as you can tell. But not just on the outside. She has a huge laugh, an even bigger heart, and I bet you couldn't tell that she's a mother of two. Yeah--be jealous. I love boudoir sessions and Alexis was the perfect model
I was there to document his birth--and I was able to do his first photo shoot as well. He's such a little heart breaker! And mommy and daddy have a future fisherman on their hands I'm thinking ;)
Photographing baby Kohen was such a treat in more ways than one. It wasn't just because he's absolutely darling or because he came just in time for Christmas. It's because his mommy and daddy had been praying for him for years--and finally got their hearts' desire. I couldn't be happier for them. Merry Christmas, Bintliff family.
This is Miss Haley Anne Lewis--and she's so perfect. I was beyond excited to take her photo session since her mom and dad are nature enthusiasts and opted for a more rustic approach to the set. Totally my speed. This little girl is so sweet and good and is a natural little model. Welcome to the world, beautiful girl!
Chloe is from France and Davy is from the small town of Duvall, WA. They met and fell in love when Davy moved to France to start his own bistro. But during this darling and romantic session I never would have guessed that for most of their lives an entire ocean separated them. During this session they hugged and laughed and danced in the old road beside Davy's childhood home--and my heart completely danced with them. I love love. Especially theirs.
This senior session was SO much fun. Chloe, her boyfriend, and her parents followed me all over the back roads of Duvall chasing the light and finding secret fields and shallow rivers. Her darling smile and vibrant personality matched the beauty around us so perfectly. Congrats on your senior year, Miss Chloe!
Little Savannah is six months old and at the PERFECT age to capture her excitement for Christmas. I just loved this family shoot that began on a rainy trail and ended in front of a lit fireplace and sheepskin rug. Their love and connection to one another was heartwarming and started out my Christmas photo sessions with a bang.
This daddy and his sweet kiddos really made for a darling Christmas shoot. We met at a tree farm in Arlington and although it was freezing cold and our teeth were chattering, I was able to capture lots of fun moments and beautiful smiles.
This wedding was nothing short of stunning.
The beautiful bride with a sparkling smile. The handsome groom with tears in his eyes as he sees her walk down the aisle. The glowing family and the chatter of good friends. Every detail, every part of the ceremony and the reception afterwards--was full of love.
I was so happy to be part of the preparation, the ceremony, and the reception that went long into the night and ended in bubbles and dancing. I'm so happy to have gotten to know this gorgeous couple with a bright future and so much love.
Congratulations, Mr. and Mrs. Villavicencio <3
Lexi is an adorable senior with a big smile and lots of sass that lit up the camera during this shoot. We started out in the back alleys of Everett and moved to the waterfront, capturing her big blue eyes and darling personality. Congratulations on your senior year, Lexi!
This beautiful bridal session started out with a sweet "first look" on the docks and then went until sundown. I completely loved capturing the sweet, gentle, and genuine love that these two have for each other, feeling almost like a fly on the wall as I watched them laugh, whisper, watch the falling sun, and play. Congratulations to these beautiful young lovebirds.
Sunrise comes early, but boy was it worth it.
As the sun came over the horizon and turned the water a deep shade of coral, I was able to capture the sweetest smiles, the warmest hugs, and the most genuine candid moments on the beach.
Thank you for a darling and fun session, Peterson family :)
This session took place in the Lee's beautiful home, and we were blessed with a gorgeous day that had plenty of natural warm light filtering through the windows. This little family had my heart all a flutter with how darling they are! Enjoy these tender moments.
This senior session was taken on Levi's property and it was beautiful. Complete with his horse, his dog, and his guitar, it was a session filled with his favorite things and it definitely showed. Levi has such kind and vibrant blue eyes and a soft-spoken way about him that really came through on camera. Congrats on your senior year, Levi!
This mini Halloween session was taken in the backwoods of Granite Falls, WA and was SO much fun to shoot with awesome bursts of light through the trees and a great costume and model to boot. I love themed shoots.
I'm seriously swooning over this darling senior session! Kylee is picture perfect (obviously) and has such a flair for style and modeling. I loved spending time with her at the beach and then in a downtown urban alley way--both settings really made her pop. She's graduating with the Class of 2017 and is going into the medical field. That's right, boys. She's gorgeous AND she's smart ;)
Congrats on your senior year, Kylee!
Family sessions have the biggest piece of my heart I think. And from these images you can probably tell why. This family was full of laughs and sweet smiles and lots of love. I loved how the kiddos cheesed it up for my lens too :)
This session was broken into two days because of some technical difficulties (that Theena and Lane were SO sweet about) and it turned out to be such a blessing. We not only got to shoot at Kayak Point but also Lake Cle Elum, and both locations were spectacular and we got two totally different feels at each place. I love the variety with this maternity session and especially love the sweet love between Lane and Theena and their soon-to-be baby girl, Adrian. Can't wait for her to make her grand entrance VERY soon!
Joey told me he wanted photos for his professional portfolio but he also wanted to showcase his personality and his creative flare. So with a combination of a handsome suit and colorful tats by the water, I think we did just that. He is SURE photogenic, isn't he?!
Alexys and Hayden are absolutely darling. Just look at them!
Their little family is growing by two feet in just another month! I was honored to capture these beautiful images beside the Snake River during my last evening in Idaho. Congratulations to this adorable new family!
This cute little family of three has my heart so happy.
Little Savannah is three months old now and she's already completely wrapped herself around Mama and Daddy's fingers. I loved watching their interactions and their laughter and smooches. They're simply the cutest.
This session was taken at Hemple Creek Picnic area in Granite Falls, Washington right on the banks of the Stillaguamish River. Such beautiful light and a perfect place to capture this family's love.
I fell in love with this adorable family right away and could not believe how cute sweet baby Kaymbree is. She was such an angel during her entire newborn shoot and is definitely destined for stardom ;) Enjoy these sweet photos of Kaymbree and this brand new family of three.
This wedding session was so romantic, flirty, and fun--and I was blown away by mother nature the whole time. From the Oquirrh Mountain Temple and it's thunderstorm skies to Neebo Canyon and it's golden sunset, I didn't want to stop taking pictures of this happy couple. Congratulations to this sweet couple!
These beautiful cousins of mine met me at Nature Center Trail in Ogden, UT for a gorgeous sunset session. Not only are they completely beautiful, but their genuine and joy-filled love for each other made me never want to stop clicking away! Enjoy these sweet smiles.
These two darling people just stole my heart. I'm so glad they found each other when they did and through my lens I could see the way their eyes completely sparkled and danced around each other. True love at its finest, folks. They are engaged to be married this August! And I can't wait to be there for that, too!
This family is gorgeous. Seriously, look at them! I so enjoyed this session in the magical light that Idaho sunsets provide. We shot this session at Lava Trail in between Idaho Falls and Blackfoot and had so much fun. These kids are absolutely darling and had SUCH big personalities that were so fun to shoot. Love this cute fam!
This bridal session was taken at Sportman's Park in Idaho Falls by the Snake River and I'm still swooning over the magical light that we chased during this shoot. Gorgeous, gorgeous!
These darling siblings had a great idea for Mother's Day--get photos done for their mom! I personally think that there's no greater gift (I may be a bit bias though). Happy Mother's Day! Now take a look at these cute faces.
I think laughter--a lot of laughter, actually--is the magic key to a perfect photo session. These energetic, adorable kiddos kept us all in high spirits and they were great little helpers too, coming up with their own poses and everything! :) I love the love this family has and it's quite easy to see.
Camilla just returned from her church mission in Chile, where she not only proselyted and taught people about Jesus Christ, but she also served as the mission nurse. Camilla is beautiful inside and out and I was so glad that she braved the icy morning and joined me at the Snake River in Idaho Falls at sunrise to capture these darling photos. Congratulations on a job well done, Camilla! Your future is bright.
There's something so special--so beautiful--about an expectant family.
Baby boy Sturm is going to make his grand entrance this coming May, and the joy and the excitement for these two new parents is SO palpable. I just loved this session taken in an orchard of apple trees, still frost bitten and bare from winter. It was a peaceful, soft, perfect backdrop for this mama and daddy to be.
So. Much. Love!
I felt honored to capture prom memories for these two sweet dolls! They looked amazing and couldn't stop smiling. I just love how these turned out!
This session was taken in La Center, Washington and I was so excited to be able to shoot in my home state again. The best part though is that this is my sister and her beautiful family. This session was so much fun and we had the greatest backdrop of pure GREEN. Enjoy these sweet moments!
Zelli is a tiny little spark of sunshine and it was so fun to photograph her for her 1st birthday. My favorite part was the cake smash obviously--and I have an inkling it was her favorite part too ;)
This darling mini session with the Jacobsen's started inside for little Hadley's 1-year-old shots and then moved outside for family shots as soon as gorgeous snow started to fall-- as if on cue. Everything about this little family is perfect and full of joy and I had so much fun capturing their love and laughter on camera.
Jaime and Kim are expecting their first baby girl in just a couple short months! We took this session in the foothills at a rock quarry right off the winding country road and I love the way the wind and the light played with her hair and made these new parents GLOW! Congratulations, Rodriguez family! She is going to be a beautiful little girl.
What is love?
People have been searching for that answer for years. I think it's in the little things. And I saw it at the Blomburg wedding. The way Katelyn would watch Cody with that big smile of hers. The way he'd touch the small of her back gently as she walked beside him. The way her dad said, "We're all family!" when I asked which relative belonged to which side. Love was most definitely in the air.
Congratulations, Mr. And Mrs. Blomburg. I wish you many happy "forevers"!
This session was taken in Kanab, Utah--a gorgeous, southwestern town surrounded by layers upon layers of red rock, wildlife, and open skies. This session was different than my others because I actually hiked with them along the way, capturing the very spirit and essence of their outdoorsy and adventurous family. I loved that the shoot caught them in their element, where they spend the most time with one another among the rocks and trees and fresh air.
My sister visited from Seattle over Christmas and I couldn't help but do a winter wonderland shoot of her in between all my other shoots. She is beyond beautiful and the camera loves her! I'm so grateful I have a built-in best friend and model ;)
What can I say about these beautiful people other than they are absolutely darling! This shoot was for their 3rd year anniversary, and I had so much fun capturing their contagious laughter and the way they absolutely treasure each other. I love everything about this session--the yummy light, the gorgeous backdrop of Idaho, and their love! Three years in, and it seems like they've loved each other much, much longer.
Idaho is a new home to me so I'm just now exploring all it has to offer. For the Christiansen shoot I was over the MOON that I found this gorgeous windmill-dotted field. The Christiansen family is full of a joy and energy and it was captured so well in this location. I also love that it wasn't just a shoot with the kids-- we were able to steal away and capture some romantic shots as well as the sun made it's way down.
Such a beautiful family!
This sweet family was so much fun to spend some time with! We were all laughing so much the whole time that it wasn't hard to get everyone to smile at once. We met at a gorgeous property in Idaho with rustic walls and country paths and it was especially special since it was the first time in a long time that these siblings and their mom had gotten together all at once. We even snuck a three-generation photo in there! LOVE!
This nomad-inspired shoot was shot in knee-deep snow with a wind chill of about negative a thousand, but it only added to the wanderer flair that we wanted to give the session. Jake's unique style and quiet, yet intense mannerisms on camera blended with the white landscape was just too perfect. GQ, here he comes.
Part of the reason I was so excited to photograph Rachel was--well duh--those EYES! She was an absolutely gorgeous subject and made this little photographer happy.
She wanted some photos for her portfolio since she's getting into radio broadcasting so we chose an urban downtown feel to make her pop. Enjoy some of my favorites from my session with this sassy Georgia peach!
I got to spend time the other day with one of the most photogenic families I think I've ever seen! They came together to get a group photo but we ended up doing a little more than that since they're all so darn cute. BYU-Idaho's I-Center served as our location and the lighting and gorgeous garland-draped balconies were just perfect. Here are some of my favorites from the session.
Zakkary is seriously one of the most unique and fun clients I've ever worked with. We chose a rustic setting out at Bob's Corn in Snohomish, Washington which turned out to be the perfect backdrop. The juxtaposition of Zachary's cool rocker style against hay stacks and tractors and country sun was incredible--the absolute perfect mix that resulted in amazing photos. Enjoy!
Idaho winters are COOOOOLD to say the very least. But Jeremy and Erin were so brave and still let their love shine in this beautiful winter wonderland shoot. We shot this session at Beaver Dick Park in Rexburg for their 3 year anniversary, and it was the perfect place to capture how sweet and fun and in love they are. I also love that they incorporated a cute inside joke from their engagement on to the chalk board in these pictures. That's going to be a treasure down the line! Congrats, Jeremy and Erin!
These two lovebirds were so much fun to shoot. They are engaged to be married February 13th in Rexburg and I'm just so excited for them! My favorite part of the session was the quiet, sweet way they interact and how they couldn't look at each other without bursting into genuine, larger-than-life smiles. Congratulations, Cody and Katelynn. You're absolutely glowing!
This beautiful young lady is an intern at KIFI News and is working super hard to become an anchor and climb the ropes. I met her at her new station's studio to capture some sparkling images that will show all those employers who they should DEFINITELY hire. She's got the looks for TV, that's for sure! Good luck, Rachel!
Ryan and Amanda have been married for about a year and half--but watching them whisper and laugh and reach for each other's arms, you'd think they'd been married for years and years. We did this session right by their new home at a cute duck pond beneath a bridge and beside patches of cat tails, and it was nothing short of perfect. I love the love and the light hearted sweetness that came out of this shoot--I hope you enjoy their smiles as much as I did!
This mini session with the Ferguson family began as soon as a snow storm began! It was freezing cold and these kiddos and their sweet parents were such champs! Although teeth were chattering and noses were running they did an awesome job at flashing those pretty smiles (and somehow keeping those gorgeous red curls in tact!) Even in the snow, this family is so warm and sweet!
This senior shoot in Utah was nothing short of breathtaking. I was so excited to shoot in one of the prettiest and most wide-open places I've ever seen but even more excited to capture Jacie's quiet, adorably charming personality. She fit right into the landscape like one of the wildflowers. Congratulations, Jacie, on this last year of high school! She sure makes 2016 look darling :)
This mini session with Paige was a whole lot of fun and she was a natural in front of the lens. There are certain people that I can say, "Flirt with the camera!" and it doesn't feel awkward to them at all. Paige is one of those people. And the sass shines on through.
Mother-baby shoots will always be something that I consider my favorite type of photo sessions. I'm a fly on the wall, stealing in for a while to capture the pure love and innocence. The smiles, the laughs, the gazes, the warmth--I love freezing those moments in time because those times are fleeting. Cady and Brooklyn's session was taken at Jennings Park in Marysville, Washington. As a young mom, I hope these pictures will remind her of some of the best days of her life in motherhood.
Ikuto completely radiates joy. We laughed through this entire session, especially when I had him put on his "GQ face" for me. Not only does my lens capture his contagious laugh, but it shows his sweet and innocent charm. And it all makes for a down-to-earth, beautiful session.
This was a special session to me. Several weeks prior to this, the twins' mama Nikki and I had a maternity session scheduled. She still had a month to go before her due date and I didn't feel like we were in much of a rush. But Camila and Mateo had different plans. Coming a month early, the babies had to be in the NICU for quite some time. So instead of feeling like our plans were dashed, we just adapted to the situation and did the session in the NICU instead. And it turned out better than we could have planned. These quiet moments will be cherished forever.
One of my favorite parts of Washington state in the spring is the tulip fields. They are notorious for being the biggest and brightest in the country. This adorable family fit the landscape so beautifully, becoming a part of the fields almost with their shiny smiles and giggles and sweet, tender ways of talking with each other. I just love this session for so many reasons.
The Hall's are a mix of laughter, sunshine, goofiness, and light. I think that's why I love how this session turned out. We met at a park overlooking the puget sound in Everett, Washington and I just let everyone loose to play and interact and enjoy the salty breeze. I would call them photogenic, *because they are* but I think the better word for it is simply---happy.
Oh, the Casons. I have stories. So many stories about how hilarious this session was.
"Dad, smile for goodness sakes!"
"Geez...just look at the camera, Dad!"
"I AM smiling!"
I'm surprised these pictures didn't turn out blurry from how much I was laughing. But that's the foundation of this beautiful family--laughter and fun and complete trust in one another, even while the boys head into their teenage years. I just loved spending time with them and observing their quirky, silly, love for each other.
By the request of this sweet family we shot at an adorable little rustic park in Bothell, Washington that I had never been to before. With a bridge and old little houses and an old-timey feel this served as the perfect backdrop to this down to earth and gorgeous family session.
This was my first time shooting at Balboa Park in San Diego and I was in awe of how gorgeous the architecture and the landscaped grounds were. I felt like I had stepped back in time to mid-century Spain. This family was so much fun and I'm so glad we got to capture some sweet moments.
This family session was taken at Lyndale Park in Lynnwood, WA and although we were fighting the dark at several points because the sun seemed to set way earlier than expected, we captured some great smiles and laughs. They were an absolute delight to photograph and I loved every second.
